Welcome to the Marsden Band web-site. (Honorary Patron Mr Alan Titchmarsh M.B.E)

Marsden Band is a championship section band in the Yorkshire Area. We are based in Marsden Band Club on the edge of the Pennines, approximately 8 miles from Huddersfield and play music for all tastes either as a full band or a 12 piece ensemble, even with a Bavarian theme.

We compete in several contests around the country and have a busy schedule of other engagements. The band has appeared twice at the Durham Miner's Festival and were the first Yorkshire band to play inside the cathedral for the dedication of a banner.
